i gotta admit, coming across this in surfers path sure did make my day...

I have a stall here with a few bits and pieces including the last few numbered copies of my super8 film Across the Sea Sideways, maybe a board and a few other odds and ends... come along, it's always good for a chinwag and a cuppa tea even if you don't sell/buy anything...

From the age of about 13, uncle Chris used to always give me albums for my birthday or christmas, ... I'd always have a listen and not quite get it. We'd stick the albums on every now and then, yeh we'd have a laugh at how Tom Waits would sing Anywhere I Lay My Head on Rain Dogs, or how Jonathan Richman sung of an abominable snowman in the market.. it wouldn't last long until our latest metal, grunge, and then punk rock albums would take over. The tapes were soon lost and forgotten... It's funny to think that after my punk rock period, and for the last 8 or so years, Tom and Jonathan have been on regular cycle out of my speakers. Thanks for the tapes Chris, it's just you were 10 years to early.

we are out of control, we're really fucking up here, there and everywhere

we can all do our part to aim to slow it down, but seriously, i think there's too may of us... with many more of us coming, mostly from the greasy bowels of those that just don't know, care or think....

yeh, it's all fun and games for us... we'll be gone.
